The Unfortunate Truth About Sports Today:
In most sports injury rates are sky-high. Players, pundits, coaches, managers and club owners usually blame these injuries on the rigours of the sport and a busy competitive schedule.
In reality, most athletes and players could be far more resilient and “injury-proof”—if only they had the right training interventions. More resilient athletes can:
